Here is the floor plan for the Center for New Media, expected to be completed for the fall 2014 semester. As you can see in the floor plan, the lower level of Chapman Hall will be completely transformed. Students will be learning in collaborative spaces on state-of-the-art equipment.

This past summer, phase one of construction in Chapman Hall was complete. Phase one included a high definition screening room, a new media production lab, and a new media production classroom. Check out the rooms and pictures here.

The Center for New Media Team is so excited for the changes that are coming to MxCC. We will keep you posted about the construction as we gear up for a fall 2014 launch date of our new facilities!
