The following instruction applies to saving or printing web-based files (e.g. .htm, .gif, .jpg) in a Learning Module (e.g labeled as Course Content, Assignments, Class Info, etc.) *
In this course, we will use the learning modules organized in Course Content.

  1. Go to a Learning Module, Course Content - Chapter 3. You will see the Table of Contents with two panes. Click on a file link in the left pane, you will see the file displayed on the right pane.

  2. For a file in web format (.htm or .html), the best way to save or print is to copy all text and paste it to a MS Word file. Then you will save or print the word file. First, highlight the text in the file, right-click on the text, and select Copy. Then you open a blank MS Word file, select paste. To save the file, go to File, select Save As. Type a file name, find a location on your computer, and click on Save. To print the file, go to File, select Print.

* For .pdf files, use the Print button on the Adobe Acrobat Toolbar . For non-web based files, download the file first and then print it in the corresponding application.
