CT Make a Difference: Amazing Grace Food Pantry Delivery

As part of CT Make a Difference Week MxCC will be holding a week-long food drive. Bins for the non-perishable food items will be in Snow Hall, rm. 508, Wheaton Hall, and the Student Activities office. Amazing Grace Food Pantry is a program of St. Vincent de Paul, Middletown, in Middletown. Amazing Grace offers food free of charge to individuals and families. Amazing Grace also operates a mobile food pantry. Approximately 950 households “shopped” in the Food Pantry once a month last year. Approximately 260,860 meals for the year were made possible through the efforts of the Food Pantry.

The need is to collect items for the food drive, and to help pack up and deliver the food on Friday, October 24th, from 12-2p.m. Sign up here.
