The New York Times Roundtable is a group for students to meet and discuss recent news articles from The New York Times. Voice your opinions in thought-provoking, multi-perspective discussions, increase your awareness of global issues. The New York Times Roundtable promotes critical thinking, reading skills, and voicing opinions in a non-threatening atmosphere. Students will be able to gain an awareness of global issues through multiple perspectives. Get to know other students outside of the classroom and pizza will be served!

Meeting Times

Meriden: Mondays from 12:30-1:15 p.m. in the Learning Lab (February 8, 22, 29; March 7, 14, 28; April 4, 11, 18, 25)
Middletown: Thursdays from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Student Lounge (February 11, 18, 25; March 3, 10, 17, 31; April 7, 14, 21)
