Introduction to Professional Audio and Music Production

Would you like to explore professional audio and music production? This introductory course explores the professional music production process including preproduction, recording, mixing, and processing using MxCC’s state-of-the-art equipment. Students observe first-hand how a professional audio engineer records and mixes music. Students are exposed to all aspects of the recording process including use of microphones, acoustics, engineering, monitoring, mixing, and effects processing. Learn from a professional audio engineer and musician with over 30 years of experience.

Refund Policy

A full tuition refund can be made if you withdraw from your course at least one working day before the course start date. Once the course has started, refunds are only provided under special circumstances and require a written request to the Workforce Development  and Continuing Education Office. They are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not guaranteed.
