Latino Dance Performance (Virtual)

MxCC and the Cultural Awareness Committee remain deeply committed to honoring our community’s diversity. It is in this spirit, the Cultural Awareness Committee invites you to its 4th annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.
This year, we welcome the return of renown Latino dance performers, Nate Evans and his sister Lisa Spiro. Their performance is scheduled for September 24 at 1 p.m. (WebEx link to be provided soon).
Our Latino friends not only dance to the ever-popular Rumba, Cha Cha Cha and Merengue (just to mention a few) but also will be sharing enlightening cultural information.

All students who participate in on-campus activities this fall are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. That means if you plan on attending class or extracurricular activities in-person, you must first get vaccinated.

You must fill out a self-attestation form before coming back to campus. This can be found by logging into your my.commnet portal.

The vaccines that are currently authorized in the United States are safe, highly effective, and critical to resuming normal operations at our campuses this fall. If you have not already done so, now is the time get vaccinated. With more infectious, more severe variants becoming more and more prevalent, getting your shot is the best way to protect yourself and your family.
