Workshops are hosted by the MxCC Listening Lounge in collaboration with Student Activities, and will be presented by University of St. Joseph intern, Lauren Wiganowske:

“Things are kind of weird right now, aren’t they? Just because things are a little different this year, it doesn’t mean we can’t be productive and have some fun. My name is Lauren Wiganowske and I am an intern with the University of Saint Joseph’s School of Social Work. I am teaming up with the Listening Lounge and Student Activities to help you have an enjoyable and successful year here at Middlesex Community College. We have lots of exciting and informative things planned for you this year. First up, we are offering a “Setting a Foundation for Success” workshop with tips and tricks to ensure you have a successful school year that is as stress-free as possible. And keep an eye out for what else we have in store, including groups focused on self-care, mindfulness, and maintaining connections during a pandemic that forces us to stay distant. We look forward to supporting you in any way we can and please never hesitate to reach out to us. We are here for you! Now let’s do this!”
