Tech Trail: Technology Training for Students-VIRTUAL

Signed up for ONLINE, LRON, HYBRID, or OCLR classes this fall and not sure how to get started?

MxCC provides various technology resources to keep students connected to the college and provide online support in academic capacities. Distance Learning/Educational Technology will provide virtual training to MxCC students on an overview of technologies for students to use: MyCommNet, Student Self-Service, Blackboard, and Office 365.

All workshops are held via WebEx. Students will learn how to:

• Login to and use myCommnet to search for courses, access schedules and grades, and find library resources
• Use Blackboard
• Access email via Office 365
• Get help from various MxCC support offices such as Distance Learning, Information Technology, Library, and the Records Office
