Room Reservations for MxCC Faculty, Staff, & Student Use
Members of the MxCC community (faculty, staff, students) may wish to reserve space at MxCC for meetings or events. This may be done by using our Virtual Event Management System (EMS).
To log into EMS, go to https://ems.commnet.edu/VirtualEMS/. You will be required to login with your Net ID (number only) and password. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Scheduling Services.
Room Rentals for Community Members and Groups
Community members who do not work or study at MxCC may rent rooms on campus for meetings or events. Do so by using the Virtual Event Management System (EMS) or by contacting Nancy Walter directly. No organization may use the facilities of the College for the purpose of generating profit. Commercial endeavors, including solicitations, are prohibited. For-profit organizations will be denied use of MxCC Facilities as the College is under jurisdiction of the State of CT and the CT Community College Board of Regents; as Such Middlesex Community College cannot be associated with or endorse such activities.

Steps for reserving space:
- Click-Browse > Browse for Space
- On right hand side of calendar, choose “Filter” and Filter by Facilities – filter by Area (Middlesex Community College) which will show all rooms OR filter by Buildings (Chapman, Founders, Snow, Wheaton) which will show just the rooms in that building.

- Due to COVID restrictions, capacity numbers are not what is listed in Virtual EMS.
- *Wheaton/Snow – classrooms only available when classes are not in session.
