[YOUNG WOMAN WITH SHORT BROWN HAIR, MAROON SWEATSHIRT (YOUNG WOMAN 2)]
YOUNG WOMAN 2: Hello everyone, I'd like to take a moment of your time to appreciate some of our amazing professors here at MxCC. Uh, I'm a student tutor at the ASC and I work with these professors often to better fulfill our students' needs, um, with their education so, Professor Carmona, thank you for being and email away for any questions I have to better assist our students and meet their learning needs. You always go out of your way to go above and beyond meeting students where they need to be met and giving them personalized teaching. Professor Quinlan, uh, I had you as a student at the end of last semester and I, as well as some student I've tutored, have expressed how well you transitioned online and making the online experience more similar to being in person in a classroom, which a lot of us prefer. So thank you for making this a lot easier for us. And finally, Professor Thomas, thank you for being really available to your students and having creative problem-solving ideas like the Microsoft Teams, uh, room for your students to ask questions for us in the ASC. You go above and beyond to fulfill the needs of your students so thank you.

[JACK HOWELL FROM FIRST SCENE ON SCREEN ALONE SPEAKS TO CAMERA]
JACK: I would like to express appreciation and gratitude for all the faculty and staff of Middlesex Community College. I work in the Academic Success Center as a tutor and I would like to especially acknowledge someone I noticed always went above and beyond to ensure the transition at this time was seamless for students and our services continued and that's Lisa Knapp-Wilson from the Academic Success Center. Uh, she, um, not only last spring, worked to make the transition as seamless as possible for all the students and tutors but even over the summer and this fall, optimized it even further to ensure that students have the best tutoring experience possible in this pandemic. So I'd like to acknowledge that. I also want to thank all the, um, faculty and staff on-ground at the campus, um, you know, exposing themselves potentially to the virus or, you know, just being out there, and um, especially, uh, the security officers and uh, just everyone on-ground and working from home, no matter where it's a difficult transition and I want to acknowledge that.
