My Blackboard Learn Page

My Blackboard Learn page is an entry point to access all your Blackboard courses.

1. In the left panel, it provides you commonly used tools. You may click on Announcements to view announcements posted by your professor. My Grades is for you to review your grades.

2. In the center panel, it displays the items posted in Announcements and Calendar. As "default", you will see the announcements posted in the past 7 days or calendar items in the next 7 days. You may click on a More Announcements or More Calendar Events to see more items.

3. In the lower right panel, it shows a list of courses you have registered. Only within two weeks before a semester starts, the courses you have registered will be listed. To enter a course site, click on the Course Title. You will then enter the course. If you would like to go to a different course, you need to click on My Blackboard Learn tab to go back to My Blackboard page. Then you click a Course Title to enter.

Tips

• At the upper right hand corner of the screen, there are links that you may need to use.
  • Logout allows you to exit out of the Blackboard Learn site.
  • Help leads you to the technical support center page with help contact information, Frequently Asked Questions, and Knowledge Database.
  • My Places, you will see the list of courses you have registered. You may add a photo in your Profile. - Personal Information -Personalize My Places. Check Use custom avatar image. Then click on Browse My Computer to look for a picture on your computer to attach.
• At anytime, you use My Blackboard Learn tab to go back to My Blackboard Learn entry page.
• During the semester, you may also use Notifications Dashboard to see if you have missed any assignment or your course grade might be too low to pass the course.
