4. For questions on course content in an online class, contact the class instructor. If you are not able to access Blackboard Learn, immediately report this to your instructor at their college email account. To find their external email account, go to http://www.mxcc.commnet.edu/distance/classes.shtml and click on the current semester link at upper-left. Click on the name of the instructor you need to email. If you have an email program set up on your computer, your email window will open with your instructor's email shown in the To box. You may also move the mouse over the instructor's name to display the email address in the bottom-left corner of the page.
5. For questions on the course content in an on-ground course that uses the Blackboard course site, consult your professor in class.
