Courageous Conversations

Join us for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 Courageous Conversations Series. WebEx (links will be sent to college emails) with possible in-person option TBA.

Through the years we took on some big topics – Selma, Ferguson, Remembrance of Civil Rights Marches and Marchers, Bystander Feelings, #BlackLivesMatter, #BlueLivesMatter, #ALLLivesMatter, Gender Politics, Mental Illness.  We were helped along the way by caring and compassionate conversationalists drawn from our student body, community partners, and employees.

Whatever the topic, participants felt MxCC was indeed a place where all voices matter, and where respectful, vigorous dialogue takes place.
