COVID Vaccination Clinic (Middletown Campus)

Come get your COVID-19 Vaccine!

Join us for a vaccine clinic for the first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. (The second dose will be scheduled with the person being vaccinated and will be held at a second clinic at the college-future date to be announced.)

No appointment is necessary for this clinic but please email Dean of Administration, Kim Hogan at khogan@mxcc.edu to let her know you’ll be attending. Vaccines will be administered by Griffin Health and is open to MxCC students, families, and the local community.

Vaccinations for Minors:

+ 16-17 yos may provide parent/guardian consent using the attached permissions form, if their parent is unable to be on-site

+ 12-15 yos we do ask for on-site parent/guardian presence at this time (given the need to verify birthdates); note that this is also the 1 exception to our “no ID required” rule. We are asking for ID from parents/guardians of 12/15 yos to help make sure we’re verifying birthdates. (There are some exceptions we can make here when working with school-based clinics & using school ID.)
