MxCC Biennial Tour of the Capitol Building and the Legislative Office Building

The Sixth MxCC Biennial Tour of the Capitol Building and the Legislative Office Building (LOB) in Hartford, and meet your legislators! We will enjoy a full tour of the Capitol Building and the LOB, then have lunch* in the LOB cafeteria, (which has excellent food!). Then from 1:15pm to about 2:30pm our tour group will gather in Hearing Room 1B in the LOB to meet our area legislators, both Senators and Representatives. Each legislator will speak to the group for about 10 minutes, and you can chat with them afterwards. The bus will return to the Middletown campus at around 3:30 p.m.

When: Friday, October 7, 2022

Where: The bus picks up on the Middletown Campus, lower parking lot at 10:15 a.m.

Cost: FREE* for MxCC students, faculty, & staff

*Up to $12 worth of lunch is free. If your lunch choices total over $12, you pay the difference.
