Sept. 4, 2022 (Middletown, Conn.) — The Middlesex Community College Foundation will host its annual Red Moon Fest on October 1 at the Middletown campus, located on 100 Training Hill Road. The public is invited to attend and participate in the in-person event, which will begin at 6 p.m. outdoors under the stars in The Grove.
Attendees at the Red Moon Fest can take part in raffle prizes, a virtual silent auction as well a live auction to raise funds for student scholarships.
During the evening, the band Stepping Out will provide live musical entertainment. The event will also feature fresh brick oven gourmet pizza prepared on site, craft beer tasting, wine tasting, gelato and much more.
“We already had our first $2,500 partner sponsor,” said Kim Hogan, interim CEO at Middlesex Community College, who will emcee the event along with Rick Eriksen of the college’s Center for New Media. “We could use more as another way to support the students at Middlesex.”
