Middletown, Conn. — The Middlesex Community College Foundation is set to host its annual Red Moon Gala on Saturday, October 5. The foundation extends an invitation to the public and community members to participate by becoming sponsors or purchasing tickets. Festivities kick off at 6 p.m. in Chapman Hall, at the CT State Middlesex main campus, located at 100 Training Hill Road, in Middletown.
The gathering aims to generate funds for the foundation’s student scholarships, faculty innovations and support pathways to student success in a variety of areas.
Attendees at the Red Moon Gala can look forward to engaging in door prizes, silent and live auctions, as well as enjoying live entertainment, food, craft beer tasting, wine sampling, and much more.
“For the live auction, we have a beautiful trip to the Tuscan region in Italy, an African safari, a couple of New England weekend gateways, golf at the beautiful Lake of Isles course, NFL tickets and team collectibles, and much more,” said Kimberly Hogan, CT State Middlesex CEO, who will emcee the event along with Rick Eriksen of the Middlesex Center for New Media.
In addition, the silent auction features numerous basket raffles.
